### Dispatch & Driver Handover
1. **Tamper Tape Application**:
- Fold top of kraft paper bag twice.

2. **Driver Verification**:
- For Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat, verify the driver's phone screen matches the order number AND ask for the **last 4 digits of the collection PIN**.
- Never hand over an order based on customer name alone.
3. **Thermal Bag Enforcement**:
- Couriers must bring an approved insulated thermal bag inside the restaurant. If a courier arrives without a thermal bag, refuse handover and request re-dispatch.
